One ancient trick that is still used in fasttrack today is the " bait".
Basically, baiting someone is purposely driving into their line, expecting a reaction to trap you, and then use the speed from their line to quickly subdue the opponent, usually in a wrap or box of some sort.
If someone could post a screenshot or gif of this move it might be easier to explain.
But it's basically using the enemies momentum against them by thinking they have the upper hand.
There are two types of baiting: double baiting, and triple baiting.
A double bait is when you double bind after touching an opponent's line, now you can double bind immediately after touching the line or by waiting for the opponent to react before doubling back and wrapping. This tactic is fast but risky, the player must get in front before the opponent closes in order to successfully overtake and wrap the opponent.
A triple bait is essentially the same as a double bait but slower and safer. After touching the opposing player's line you triple onto your own line and use the rubber you have obtained from that move to surpass your foe's stab (assuming he attempts to trap you) and wrap him. It is similar to the lacka move in fort.
